COMPANY · OFFICES & DELIVERY MODEL

We staff engagements by role and time zone. Not by which office you're nearest to.

We don't compete on office count. We compete on whether the same senior people who scope your engagement are the ones who deliver it, wherever they happen to sit.

HOW DELIVERY IS STRUCTURED

Distributed by design, not by default.

We run a distributed delivery model: senior consultants working from wherever they're based, coordinated around your time zone and your go-live calendar rather than a fixed regional office.

  • 1
Overlap hours are scoped upfrontBefore an engagement starts, we agree the working hours where your team and ours are both live, not just email response windows.
  • 2
Onsite time is planned, not assumedSome stages, like go-live cutover or a rescue health check kickoff, usually benefit from time in person. We scope that specifically rather than defaulting to either extreme.
  • 3
The same people stay on the engagementWe don't rotate a project through a regional bench. The delivery lead who scopes it is the one who runs diagnose through land.
WHY NOT A TRADITIONAL OFFICE NETWORK

Office count is a proxy for something else.

What a regional office actually buys you

  • 1
Faster in-person availability for routine meetingsReal, but rarely the thing that determines whether an implementation succeeds.
  • 2
A local point of contact for procurementUseful for some organizations' vendor requirements, less relevant to delivery quality itself.

What actually determines delivery quality

  • Whether the six-stage method is followed consistentlyDiagnose, design, data, build, prove, land, on every engagement, wherever the team sits.
  • Whether the delivery lead has real Dynamics 365 depthNot whether they can walk to your building.
FAQ

Questions about how we work together.

Q.Will someone come onsite for our project?

Where it genuinely helps, yes. We scope onsite time explicitly during Diagnose rather than assuming a fixed number of visits either way.

Q.What time zones do you cover?

We scope overlap hours to your business, not the other way around. Tell us your locations on the first call and we'll confirm coverage.

Q.Does a distributed model cost less?

Not automatically, and we won't claim it does. The pricing question depends on the engagement, not the delivery model.
